As a new Patient Service Representative at Katy Trail Community Health in Sedalia, you can expect an engaging and dynamic work environment. Your daily tasks will include greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, managing appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries with a friendly approach. You'll assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and maintaining their records accurately. Expect to collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure seamless patient experiences. Each day will involve managing phone calls and electronic communications while providing essential information about services.
Your schedule will vary from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (full-time - 40 hours/week)
