Job Overview
Katy Med Tech Spa is seeking an experienced Level 4 Laser Hair Removal Professional and Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, client-focused professional who is passionate about aesthetics, results, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with Texas regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct client consultations and treatment planning.
- Provide esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and skincare treatments.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Recommend treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Esthetician License.
- Texas Level 4 Laser Hair Removal Certification preferred.
- Experience performing laser hair removal treatments.
- Strong sales and consultation skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience with med spa services is a plus.
