- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Provide customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
