Appliance Technician

We are seeking an Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair, and service a mixed portfolio of residential major home appliances. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role combines scheduled appointments and service routes with end-to-end customer service and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance
• Replace faulty parts and complete mechanical repairs.
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Read and interpret equipment schematics.
• Provide responsive customer service throughout the service experience.
• Document work performed, findings, and repairs accurately.
• Coordinate and complete scheduled service routes and appointments.
• Support warranty-related service requests and customer follow-up.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in home appliance repair.
• Experience with major home appliances troubleshoot and repair.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to established safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
