What You'll Do
Support Prescription Processing
Count medications, label prescriptions, and assist pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure accurate, timely preparation.
Assist Patients at Prescription Pickup
Provide exceptional customer service by helping patients pick up prescriptions, answering basic questions, and directing clinical questions appropriately to pharmacists.
Inventory and Operational Support
Receive daily medication deliveries, stock and rotate inventory, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy workspace.
Work as Part of a Close, Collaborative Team
Support pharmacy workflow, communicate proactively, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
- Greet patients at the pharmacy counter and assist with prescription pickup
- Count prescriptions and perform prescription preparation tasks under supervision
- Answer phones and route calls appropriately
- Receive, unpack, and organize medication inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy work areas
- Follow pharmacy procedures, safety requirements, and compliance standards
- Positive, upbeat attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills; works well in a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience a plus
- Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
