Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a candidate who is extremely organized, detail oriented, thrives in fast-paced, unpredictable environments, and able to constantly shift priorities to join our rapidly growing financial services team as an Operations Coordinator. This will be a full-time position located in our Troy, Ohio office.

Job Duties:

Work closely with the Operations Team on the following, but not limited to:

· Coordinate and manage solutions on escalated operational issues

· Prioritize issues by order of importance

· Delegate projects and tasks to the appropriate team members

· Coordinate complicated issues into project groups

· Communicate timelines to all parties

· Track the progress of all delegated projects and keep everything moving forward

· Implement processes where issues are recurring or present across more than one team

· Technology liaison

· Manage equipment

· Compile and share various business reports

· Assist in managing Executive Team member schedules and email

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to objectively analyze processes/procedures and provide suggestions on ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness

· Ability to be open-minded and detailed

· Ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to adapt/handle change

· Experience with/understands professional office/workplace etiquette

· No financial industry experience required

· Job requires physical presence in the office(s)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
