Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Giving customers a great first and last impression of the restaurant
- Predicting the wait times for upcoming tables
- Directing and seating customers
- Answering phone calls for reservations, to-go orders, and general questions
- Navigating the computer systems to take orders and payments
- Labeling to-go orders and bagging them up for customers
- Handling cash (taking payments / giving change)
- Always trying to improve menu knowledge

Typical start time:
Mon-Thurs: 4:30-4:45pm
Fri-Sat: 3:30pm or later
