What You’ll Do
- Oversee nightly sweeper operations and team performance
- Assign and adjust routes based on staffing and service priorities
- Track attendance and call in team members as needed to ensure full coverage
- Perform property inspections and driver observations
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and ongoing training to team members
- Manage PPE and supply inventory
- Assist with post-accident procedures, including administering substance testing if needed
- Complete shift reports and maintain the Lead Log
- Support field operations by changing tires and rescuing stalled drivers
- Review customer communications and ensure prompt follow-up
- 1 year of leadership experience in a service, janitorial, or field-based role
- Comfortable working outdoors and on weekends
- Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and coach others
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Basic tech skills (e.g., using spreadsheets, apps, email, communication tools)
- Class E driver’s license (required)
- Team-first mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
