Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility
- Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Use basic math skills to count inventory, calculate weights, and ensure correct packaging specifications
- Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking & packing tasks
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, load & unload shipments, and standing for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for inventory counts and order calculations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, and other logistics tools
