- Coordinate program, schedules, meetings, training events, and travel.
- Manages calendars.
- Prepares documents and presentation materials.
- Processes invoices, claims and reimbursements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in a medical administrative setting.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
