Position Title: Food Production Supervisor (Second Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train production staff on food manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring the consistent availability of raw materials while minimizing waste and optimizing stock rotation.
- Oversee all stages of food production, from ingredient handling to final product quality control, ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory guidelines throughout the production process.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and swift issue resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate across departments (e.g., logistics, quality assurance) to streamline production workflows and achieve operational goals.
Skills:
- Proven experience in supervising food production or manufacturing teams, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse production team.
