Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer

We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer who loves meeting people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, networking, following up with prospects, asking for the business, and building their own pipeline.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

• Previous sales, customer service, networking, or business development experience is a plus
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate
• Property & Casualty insurance license required — not licensed yet? No problem! We'll pay for your licensing and help you get started.

• Generate new personal insurance business, primarily Auto, Home, Renters, and related products
• Prospect for new clients through phone calls, referrals, networking, community involvement, and relationship building
• Attend networking events and actively develop referral relationships with local professionals and businesses
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales process
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Prepare and present insurance quotes in a clear, helpful, and professional way
• Cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate to better protect clients
• Ask for referrals and continuously grow your personal pipeline
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and sales activity in the agency CRM
• Meet individual sales and activity goals
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to create an excellent client experience
• Represent the agency professionally and positively in the community
