Responsibilities
- Safe and punctual transport of candidate
- Coordinate timing with scheduler and event leads
- Maintain vehicle and supplies for travel
- Communicate delays or route issues to stakeholders
- Perform office inventory, data entry, and mail sorting
- Prepare briefing materials
- Follow security protocols
- Utilize downtime between events to complete administrative tasks
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Must have safe and reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quick problem solving
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Previous professional driving or campaign experience is a plus
