Our Medical Practice is seeking an energetic Medical Receptionist/Office Assistant .
We are seeking an individual with the ability to multi-task between patient check-in/check-out, answering phones, faxing medical records via electronic fax, and making appointments.
Other tasks include:
-mailing invoices
-verifying insurance
-collecting patient balances
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Must have proficiency in working with a PC, the Internet, and MS Windows
- Must have worked with EMR software
The chosen candidate will be trained to be a successful team member with an opportunity for additional responsibilities.
Candidates will be subject to a background check in addition to intermittent drug testing.
Work Hours are Mondays-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
