Attorney

Overview

I am seeking an attorney, or close to graduation law student that is interested in joining my team. We focus on estate planning, probate, real property and small businesses. The ideal candidate will possess good writing skills and be willing to meet with clients.

Duties

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on matters including estate planning, real property and small businesses.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, motions, and documents with precision and clarity
• Assist in guardianship cases when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Ohio.
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience working within a law office environment or legal administrative setting preferred
• Outstanding client communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards
