We’re looking for an RN Unit Manager to lead a 40-bed long-term care neighborhood. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be the clinical anchor for your unit, the person your CNAs and LPNs look to, and the point of contact for residents and families who need answers.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations on a 40-bed long-term care unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on your unit
- Lead care planning and ensure each resident’s needs are being met and documented
- Collaborate with therapy, social work, dietary, and other departments
- Participate in occasional weekend supervisory coverage on a rotating basis.
- Partner with leadership on quality improvement and regulatory compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Active NYS RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, with some supervisory or charge nurse background preferred
- Long-term care experience is a strong plus
- Someone who leads by being present, not from behind a desk
- Genuine commitment to person-centered, dignified care
Salary : $42 - $44
