We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to grow and nurture our customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will strategically engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers at oil and gas companies, focusing on headquarters locations. The goal is to develop new customer accounts by understanding and aligning with their customer corporate goals, especially in emissions reduction, monetization, compliance, and reporting. You will stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and evolving environmental regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- New Account Acquisition : You will succeed in securing new high-value client accounts, with a focus on those prioritizing emissions reduction and sustainability. You will develop customized strategies for each account that resonates with their specific needs and corporate objectives.
- Revenue Targets : You will maximize revenue generated from corporate accounts, with an emphasis on value-added services linked to environmental goals.
- Value Communication : You will effectively communicate the alignment of Kathairos Solutions' value proposition with the client's environmental and corporate objectives.
- Executive Engagement : You will build mutually rewarding and effective relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, particularly in the context of environmental strategy alignment. You will focus efforts on understanding their strategic priorities, challenges, and business objectives.
