6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday
Overtime:
Mandatory overtime may be required on an as-needed basis to meet production goals

General Description:
Assist the building and fabrication department with producing the highest quality Katanacraft aluminum vessels. This includes, but is not limited to welding, sub-assembly, cutting, fitting parts, and hull construction.
Required Education:
High School or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of vessel production
- Use of proper safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Maintain above average attendance
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Maintain a positive and proactive communication relationship with teammates and supervisors
- Ability to work both independently and with regular instruction and checkpoints to ensure quality control
Physical Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of manufacturing and vessel building process.
- Experienced in aluminum welding techniques / MIG Welding Aluminum / TIG Welding (preferred)
- Experienced use of all shop tools - including electric, air and hand equipment within the department.
- Strong working knowledge of measurements and mathematical skills
Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Welding Certification
- Forklift Certification
