This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Engineer, based in Narasaraopeta. The Packaging Engineer will design, develop, and optimize packaging systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Responsibilities include conducting research and development for innovative packaging solutions, managing packaging-related projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and regulatory requirements. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and standards to drive innovation.
- Experience in Packaging Engineering, including development, optimization, and design
- Ability to conduct Research and Development (R&D) for innovative packaging solutions
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee packaging projects from concept to implementation
- Knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to packaging
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with sustainability and environmentally-friendly packaging practices is an advantage
- Experience with packaging standards and regulations is a plus
