- Design, develop, and implement test solutions for product manufacturing and design verification.
- Develop robust, high-quality production test solutions for RF electronic assemblies.
- Focus on RF testing infrastructure and test platforms supporting products up to 50 GHz , primarily for Aerospace and Defense customers.
- Establish test strategies and architect test solutions based on product design specifications and production test requirements.
- Work with global engineering teams to deliver test development solutions.
- Experience with Aerospace and Defense product technologies and development processes is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead production test solution development, including planning, design, and implementation.
- Create test development proposals based on production test requirements.
- Estimate resources, costs, and schedules.
- Provide technical leadership to local and remote support engineers.
- Review product design requirements/specifications and develop production test strategies.
- ct as the primary technical contact for customers.
- nalyze complex test-system tradeoffs and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate site and network-wide deployment efforts.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Contribute to long-term investment and skill-development strategies.
