- Lead and manage multiple projects in compliance with ISO 13485 and EUMDR standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) across engineering, quality, and regulatory functions.
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve complex problems.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field (master's preferred).
- 59 years of relevant experience, ideally with EUMDR projects.
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- PMP certification preferred.
