Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Process orders, prepare packing lists, and handle packaging of outgoing materials.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and update ETAs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support warehouse activities including inventory checks and stock movement.
- Assist management with purchasing, forecasting, and logistics planning.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with shipping standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- 510 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or distribution.
- Experience with shipment tracking tools, WMS/ERP systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
