The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for ensuring reliable, consistent, and compliant delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects and services for the assigned site. This role supports the Site IT Lead in managing complex infrastructure initiatives as well as smaller operational requests. The position oversees planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure solutionsensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and global IT governance.
The role requires strong coordination with global IT infrastructure teams, local site stakeholders, OT teams, and external service providers across areas such as data centers, networks, servers, storage, cloud, and enduser technologies.

Responsibilities
Infrastructure Demand & Portfolio Management:
- Manage and prioritize site infrastructure demand (IT & OT) in alignment with global initiatives and governance.
- Coordinate delivery of infrastructure changes, enhancements, and projects with global IT infrastructure and local teams.
- Represent the site in Infrastructure CAB meetings, ensuring proper scope definition, impact assessment, and prioritization of changes.
- Develop project charters including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Lead project teams to deliver infrastructure solutions such as servers, networks, storage, cloud technologies, and enduser systems.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery: design, implementation, testing, validation, and handover to operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary contact for all IT infrastructure matters involving site IT leads, Infrastructure CoE, OT teams, and IT service providers.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Facilitate key project meetings including kickoff, status updates, and review sessions.
- Collaborate closely with ITOT Security & Compliance teams to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Infrastructure Architecture teams to ensure solutions align with global standards and architectural guidelines.
- Ensure all infrastructure changes follow established governance, CAB processes, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial controls and cost transparency.
- Track project expenses, monitor variances, and report financial status to management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, risk logs, and postimplementation reviews.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes to senior management and PMO.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to project portfolio tools and governance systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Additional training in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or infrastructure architecture is beneficial.
- 712 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or related roles.
- Strong background in managing infrastructure domains such as data centers, networks, servers, storage, cloud, and enduser technologies.
- Experience working with global IT teams, external service providers, and crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a regulated or complex environment.
- Familiarity with ITOT environments, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
