The HR Business Partner supports two SPM assets (CT1 & Albacore) in Portsmouth and leads the HR agenda for both. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and overall employee lifecycle support. Acts as the key HR advisor to asset leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the HR agenda for assigned SPM assets and partner closely with asset leadership teams.
- Provide HR business partner support on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Work with line managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate with TA teams to ensure proper resourcing.
- Coach managers and supervisors on performance, discipline, and peoplerelated issues.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Manage endtoend employee lifecycle activities to ensure an engaged workforce.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
- Handson experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience coaching managers and handling employee investigations.
- Ability to work with leadership teams and influence decisionmaking.
- Experience managing HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Comfortable working in fastpaced, operational environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (typical expectation).
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are beneficial but not mandatory unless specified by the client.
