We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute complex, large-scale client projects involving new construction, SaaS platform deployment, physical hardware installation, and ongoing service delivery. This role combines strategic project oversight with hands-on field execution, requiring strong technical depth, operational experience, and the ability to lead through influence. In this role, you would play a central part in ensuring that job sites are ready, installations are coordinated and executed properly, and takeovers are seamless.
You would be supported by a team of project managers and assistant project managers, some under your direct management and others through informal leadership, while maintaining personal accountability for the successful delivery of high-visibility, high-impact projects. Responsibilities
- Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation, effectively managing, coordinating and communicating the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, through coordination and attendance at internal Kastle & external Client department meetings and briefings and/or phone calls and e-mails.
- Understand all Project milestone & deliverable dates and develop/ maintain a master Installation calendar/schedule to meet these dates and revenue goals.
- Initiate and conduct the contract review and implementation process and generate follow up proposals and contract amendments as warranted.
- Monitor project costs and ensure project is within the budget parameters (positive margin).
- Initiate and conduct security system consultation and other services in response to customer requests.
- Generate project schedules, oversee floor plan creation, and provide progress reports on project status to those who request.
- Work with the internal team to generate turn-on documents, billing adjustments and invoicing directions for accounting to ensure progress billing and final billing is performed on a timely basis.
- Schedule & confer with Kastle departments, building and tenant representatives to discuss issues and facilitate solutions to eliminate delays.

- Provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
- Regularly and consistently solicit feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes.
- Revise project schedules to determine personnel and materials requirements and priorities.
- Provide/arrange client training on Kastle systems.
- Provide Client Services with training on client specifications and rules, lead building walk-through and resolve remaining hand-off issues.
- Maintain complete documentation on the project directory and compile a complete dossier of the project record for turn-over to Customer Service.
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures
- 5 years of progressive experience in project management or field operations with a strong focus on construction environments, technology installations, and/or enterprise client delivery.
- Experience with complex deployments involving SaaS platforms and physical hardware (e.g., access control, video monitoring, IoT, security systems).
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, often with matrixed reporting structures and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to lead project teams (including project managers and assistants) with clarity, structure, and urgency.
- Hands-on knowledge of construction sequencing, job site coordination, and technical deployment requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and issue resolution skills with a client-first mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and field collaboration platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
