Job Role: Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Duration: Long term Contract
Location: Washington, DC
Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience serving as a Senior Financial Systems Manager related to providing senior level system support and analysis related to financial process improvement activities, projects/system enhancements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budget status updates, and executive summaries for leadership decision-making.
- Manage budget development, formulation, justification, and execution for programs, department(s), or enterprise functions.
- Facilitate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities and reporting.
- Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to support sound budget and program decision making.
- Conduct audits, reconciliations of accounts, budgets, and financial records to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Experience with government or public sector finance preferred.
