- Infrastructure/Network and Application Support (5 years)
- Extensive experience with MS Dynamics MS Azure and Application Support (5 years)
- Technical Customer Service Analyst (5 years)
- Working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations (5 years)
- Architect Experience (5 years)
- Power Platform Solutions Particularly Power Automate and Power Pages (3 years)
- Microsoft Azure platform
- Azure DevOps (5 years)
- Database Architecture experience (3 years)
- Infrastructure/Network and Application Support (5 years)
- Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
- CICD/Release Management - Define communicate and manage technical change management (eg release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts

This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the Client System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.
