✅ Strong Retail Domain experience
✅ Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning & NLP
✅ Generative AI, LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI Frameworks
✅ Strong Python, SQL, Spark & Data Engineering
✅ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Vertex AI
✅ AI Platform Development experience
✅ MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks or SageMaker
✅ Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB or Azure AI Search
✅ AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Monitoring & Deployment Standards
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

🔹 Define and drive enterprise AI strategy aligned with retail technology objectives
🔹 Architect scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise SDLC
🔹 Design GenAI solutions for:
- Retail Chatbots & Virtual Assistants

- Customer Service Automation
- Knowledge Management
🔹 Build cloud-native AI solutions using GCP and Vertex AI
🔹 Develop enterprise AI architecture, MLOps frameworks and governance models
🔹 Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with stakeholders and data science teams
🔹 Establish responsible AI practices, model monitoring and deployment standards
🔹 Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend architectural solutions
🔹 Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers, data engineers and developers
