Kasselman Electric is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, tools, and fleet coordination. Here's the Job:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager and Superintendent in managing daily warehouse operations and staff
• Oversee inventory control, tracking, and organization
• Receive incoming materials and assign materials to specific jobs physically and in ourcomputer database
• Manage tools and equipment, including tracking, distribution, and coordinating repairs
• Support fleet management for 25 vehicles, including organization, coordination, and basic oversight
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including lifts and hitches
• Assist with light building and facility maintenance as needed
• Ensure the warehouses, tools, vehicles, and processes meet all NYS safety standards
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems and workflows
• Serve as a point of contact to help resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Other warehouse and operational support duties as assigned

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, daytime shift
