What You'll Do
- Craft espresso drinks with precision and care
- Operate the register with accuracy and hospitality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically refined workspace
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
- Handle high-volume service with composure and consistency
- Represent the Kashmir brand through professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Experience in coffee or fast-paced hospitality preferred
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong attention to cleanliness, consistency, and customer experience
- Willingness to work weekends and support a small team model
- Adherence to a mandatory dress code that reflects the upscale tone of the brand
Compensation
- $12/hr starting wage
- $12–$14/hr in pooled tips
- Our baristas have the potential to earn $20–$25/hr total.

Scheduling
