Kash’s Cleaning Services LLC is a growing local cleaning company looking for reliable, professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team.
We provide residential, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, and light commercial cleaning services.
Pay
$15–$20 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and cleaning skills.
Schedule
Part-time | Flexible scheduling
Hours are based on client bookings. Weekday availability is preferred, with opportunities for additional hours as the company grows.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different client locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be reliable and consistently arrive on time
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must be physically able to stand, bend, kneel, lift cleaning supplies, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working inside clients’ homes and maintaining professional boundaries
- Must be respectful of clients’ property, belongings, and privacy
- Must follow company cleaning checklists and instructions
- Must be able to communicate professionally with the owner, team members, and clients
- Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be available for scheduled jobs and provide advance notice for any absence
- Must be willing to complete a background check
- Previous professional cleaning experience is strongly preferred
- Must be willing to follow company policies and cleaning standards
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Complete basic and deep cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean appliances when included in the service
- Perform Airbnb turnovers and move-out cleanings
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Protect and respect clients’ belongings
- Report any damage, missing items, or concerns immediately
- Arrive prepared with required supplies/equipment as instructed
- Complete assigned jobs thoroughly and efficiently
