The Warehouse Associate I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding safety and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Perform general material handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic cycle counts.
- Package products into appropriate containers and prepare them for shipping.
- Support team members with day-to-day warehouse tasks and large-scale activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50–75 lbs).
- Willingness to learn warehouse processes and equipment operation.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with computers or willingness to learn (e.g., Microsoft Office).
