Job Title: Onboarding Manager
Job Description: As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in encouraging partners to engage with and participate in MSP Enablement programs as soon as possible after the point of sale. You will set milestones for new program participants, assist with peer group placement, and run meetings to integrate members into their assigned groups. Additionally, you will update systems, train partners on using our platforms, track members post-onboarding, provide feedback for process improvements, and assist with event production.
Key Responsibilities:
Encourage partners to engage with and participate in MSP Enablement programs as soon as possible after the point of sale.
Set milestones for new program participants as they navigate the onboarding process and begin interacting with the MSP enablement community and TruMethods Peer groups.
Assist with Peer group placement by communicating known information to program management and operations functions.
Run one-to-one and one-to-many meetings, following a process to integrate peer members into their assigned groups.
Update systems as designed and documented, appropriately leveraging systems for communication and relationship management.
Train partners on how to use the MSP Enablement platforms to access the software and content needed to successfully participate in MSP Enablement programs.
Track members post-onboarding to ensure that the onboarding program equips members to be successful.
Provide feedback on how to improve processes, assisting with implementation and improvements that promote a positive program experience for partners.
Assist with event production by attending in-person and virtual peer quarterly events as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in onboarding, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to attend in-person and virtual events as required.
