What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support critical infrastructure supporting some of Kaseya’s largest products.
- Develop and maintain scalable server environments for data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, and Redis, with built-in HA and DR strategies to ensure data integrity and service continuity.
- Utilize Ansible and Python to support and improve current automation frameworks and proactively develop new automation solutions for evolving infrastructure needs.
- Passionately promote Kaseya's core values. Promote collaboration and team growth.
- Identify gaps in processes and tasks. Be an advocate of continuous improvement.
- Be a positive role model that others want to follow and be inspired by.
- Participate in a rotational on-call program and enhance troubleshooting techniques and utilities to ensure quick resolution to service-impacting issues.
- Deep expertise with managing Linux servers.
- Deep expertise in Ansible.
- Experience working with and managing MySQL, Postgres, and Redis databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop in Python
- Experience working with hypervisors, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Terraform, HAProxy, ZFS, Keepalived, Cassandra, and AWS (RDS, Elasticache, EC2).
