About the Role
This is a skilled landscaping and installation position for experienced professionals with 3–5 years of experience in the landscaping industry. You’ll work on higher-level projects including landscape installations, grading, bed renovations, hardscaping, and paver work. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience and is ready to take on more technical, project-based work while continuing to grow their skills and leadership abilities.
What You’ll Do
- Install plants, trees, and seasonal color
- Perform grading and bed renovations
- Assist with paver patios, walkways, and walls
- Complete project-based work orders efficiently
- Operate equipment safely and maintain job site standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
What You’ll Need
