Front of House Manager

The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and a positive team culture. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor management, training, and guest satisfaction while supporting the overall success and profitability of Kascadia Public House.

  Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop front-of-house team members.

  Gather and communicate guest feedback regarding menu offerings and service trends.

  Assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives.

  Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred.
