- Shipping Supervisor.
- Description:
- The Group Leader will ensure that the daily requirements and duties for Warehouse Techs. Are established, implemented and carried out in accordance with written job procedures.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training of all Warehouse Technicians.
- Organize and distribute manpower daily to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintains accurate records of necessary data.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Supervisor and fellow Group Leaders.
- Must be available to work overtime with minimal notice.
- Seeks better ways of operation to maximize output.
- Must be available to fill in for absent employees.
- Provides and maintains a safe and clean working environment following prescribed guidelines.
- Supports the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and environmental policies.

- High School Degree, GED or higher.

- Basic forklift driving proficiency.
