1st Shift - EDI Clerk

1. Reports To:

• >Shipping Manager.

1. Description:

• The EDI Coordinator will ensure that the daily requirements and duties for the EDI Techs. are established, implemented and carried out in accordance with written job procedures.

1. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the training of all EDI Technicians.
• Assist in procedure development of software programs used in Shipping Dept.
• Support MIS in shipping functions.
• Support all KNA sister companies in EDI applications.
• Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies.

1. >Education:

• High School Degree, GED or higher.

1. >Experience:

• N/A.

1. >Skills:

• Working knowledge of all Microsoft office programs.
• Basic typing proficiency.

1. >Training Specific to Position:

• N/A

1. >Other:

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working any assigned shift.
• Must be able to travel with limited notice.
• Good training skills.
