Key skills: SQL, XML, Quality Center/ALM, Property & Casualty Insurance experience is a plus.
Desired Skills 3-10 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management Data testing experience. Includes writing SQL and working with XML files Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal Self-starter, with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills A process improvement mind-set.
