Our stylists can earn up to $80,000 before reaching the management level, and motivated managers can earn even more than that!

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Help to lead and inspire your team to success.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support.
• Use exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with upper management, staff, and clients.
• Keep up to date with salon software and other business applications.
• Be goal-driven with the ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with the rest of the leadership team.

Compensation and Schedule:

• 
  Make a minimum of $25-$40 per hour, including wages, commission, and tips.
• Help to craft a flexible salon schedule that ensures coverage on evenings and weekends for the benefit of both customers and team members.
