Role Description
This is a commission‑based, full‑time remote role for a Sales Manager at KARUNA PROJECT.
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development experience, including strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and interpret sales performance data
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for articulating value propositions and building trust
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Passion for adventure travel and a commitment to sustainable, ethical tourism
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
