Required Experience & Skills
- AI-Driven Automation: Design and develop advanced test automation scripts using Selenium with Python, leveraging AI models and LLMs to accelerate script creation, maintenance, and self-healing capabilities.
- Solution Architecture: Build and optimize solutions within Visual Studio Code using Python to harness generative AI tools, including GitHub Copilot and Databricks.
- Framework Integration: Integrate existing Python test automation frameworks with new AI-based solutions to boost test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure AI scripts and programs are executable and optimized for postal-issued laptops within approved security and environmental constraints.
- Knowledge Transfer: Train designated team members to execute, troubleshoot, and maintain newly deployed AI scripts and programs.
- Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to support long-term maintenance.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Experience: 2–3 years of specialized AI development experience within technology or software development environments.
- Preferred Education: Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
