Karter School of Gainesville is hiring a Preschool Director to lead our school, support our teachers, and build strong relationships with families.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing daily operations, and creating a positive, well-run school environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support teachers and staff
- Manage daily school operations and scheduling
- Ensure licensing compliance and classroom quality
- Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
- Build relationships with families
- Handle parent communication and concerns
- Partner with leadership on hiring and team development
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in childcare or preschool leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of licensing and school operations preferred
- Passion for early childhood education
