About the Role:

As a Design Center Manager, you’ll support homebuyers as they personalize the most important purchase of their lives: their new home. You will oversee the customer design experience, ensuring selections are aligned with buyer preferences, construction timelines, and Kartchner’s brand standards. You’ll also take the lead in staying on top of current trends, update design offerings, and keep our showroom beautiful and inspiring. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, strong customer service skills, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
