Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute the full project and product lifecycle from definition to closeout utilizing iterative and waterfall methodologies: project planning; risk assessment; resource management; estimating and monitoring level of effort; identifying and managing impacts to cost, schedule, quality, and scope; organizing, planning, and prioritizing team tasks; and communicating and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Review code, make suggestions for improvements, and lay out tasks required to meet customer requirements.
- Interact directly with the customer product owners and contributors, managers and users
- Assess customer requirements, identifying dependencies and gaps, and developing responsive project plans.
- Work with the security team to ensure the applications are as secure as possible.
- Develop performance planning and assessments for direct reports.
Qualifications and Education
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degrees.
- 10 years of experience leading diverse technical teams, while serving as the primary point of contact for all technical matters.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Compensation
The proposed salary range for this role is $****** to $******* USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
