Summary
As a Project Coordinator in this position, you will assist product leads to track stakeholders and internal projects. You will also facilitate requirements, cost estimation, and track expenditures to ensure adherence to agreements and processes.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, deadlines, work hours, and funding.
- Review changes and project risks, offering solutions for the best possible outcome.
- Provide numerous reports for time tracking, tickets aging, time worked per ticket, and time worked by employee for the Federal Program Manager and various Karsun managers.
- Manage hardware and software purchasing and track purchases/licenses in the ITAR Purchasing System.
- Facilitate and chair meetings with business customers, including documentation and distribution.
- Attend security assessment reviews; ensure related tasks are completed and processes properly documented.
- Conduct monthly audit logs for all applications.
- Track release updates in MKS and Remedy.
- Facilitate reviews with government customers to validate requirements, prioritize program backlog into sprint backlogs, and validate design allocation.
- Manage budgets, plans, teams, and complex time-sensitive deliverables and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with application development methodologies such as Agile, including writing user stories/epics and acceptance criteria using Jira or Rally.
- Ability to provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and prioritize effectively under compressed timelines and ambiguous tasking.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex tasks, and use available resources with minimal guidance.
- Experience with Project Server.
- Experience using Jira and ServiceNow.

Salary Range
The proposed salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Karsun considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
