Karsten & Moore Auto Group is looking for a high-energy, entry-level Customer Advisor to help customers explore our vehicles, answer questions, and guide them through a fun and easy buying experience.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales job.
This is a customer-facing, helping role — perfect for anyone who loves talking to people, being active, and working in a fast-paced environment.
No automotive experience needed.
No sales experience needed.
We’ll train you on everything.
Compensation:
$22 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable
- Explain vehicle features in a simple, friendly way (especially EVs)
- Help customers with test drives
- Answer questions and guide customers step-by-step
- Assist with follow-ups, messages, and appointment scheduling
- Create simple videos/photos for online listings (optional bonus task)
- Help keep the lot organized and showroom clean
- Support the sales & marketing team as needed
Qualifications:

- Coachable and willing to learn
- Reliable, organized, and positive
- No automotive experience required
