Automotive Sales Consultant – EV-Focused, High-Energy Dealership
We’re looking for a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our small, high-performance team at Karsten & Moore Auto Group in Gilbert, AZ. We’re an independent dealership with a heavy focus on EVs (especially Teslas) and aggressive, market-leading pricing – which means customers are usually already interested and deals are easier to put together.
You’ll work a mix of store traffic, internet leads, and some outbound follow-up, guiding customers from first contact through delivery and presenting our EV warranty products along the way. This is a small base commission role with flat per-unit pay plus spiffs on EV warranties, designed for someone who is competitive, money-motivated, and wants to grow with a fast-moving store.
- Realistic earnings: ~$50,000–$75,000/year
- Top performers: $80,000–$90,000 (upside, performance-based)
Full-time is preferred, but we’re open to two part-time champions if the fit is right.
