- Maintain displays: Stock, rotate, and arrange produce cases and tables, ensuring proper product rotation for maximum freshness and visual appeal.
- Ensure safety: Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols, including the thorough cleaning of prep areas, floors, and display fixtures.
