Are you someone who loves connecting with people and has a passion for spirituality, crystals, and holistic wellness? We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our customers and helps guide them on their shopping (and sometimes spiritual) journey. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, sharing knowledge, and making someone’s day a little brighter, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and assisting customers warmly.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Researching, creating, and editing videos for social media for educational/fun purposes.
- Using basic math skills to handle transactions with accuracy at the cash register
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and stocked
- Offering support and respect to people from all spiritual backgrounds
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Comfortable using computers and cash registers
- Able to work flexible hours, especially weekends
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail
- Basic knowledge of crystals, holistic healing or multiple belief systems preferred.
- Social media experience (making TikTok videos) is required.
- Open-minded, with a basic understanding of crystals, holistic healing, or various belief systems (a plus!)
